  APG Terms and Conditions:

Advanced Premium Group Sales (APG) is available to groups of ten or more for Christmas Stars  performances.  The number of APG Seats are limited and reservations are taken in the order they are received.  APG requests will be accepted from December 15, 2011 until all APG seats are sold or until July 31, 2012, whichever occurs first.  A down payment of $1.00 per seat reserved is due within a grace period of 30 days from submitting this form, or August 3, 2012, whichever is earlier.  If down payment is not received within the stated grace period, Christmas Stars has the right to refuse the reservation.  The down payment will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled before July 31, 2012.  Cancellations after July 31, 2012 forfeit the down payment.  If the final count of the reservation is less than the original number reserved, all down payment money will apply to the final payment.  Christmas Stars reserves the right to limit the number of APG seats per qualifying performance. Final payment for the remaining balance is due by August 3, 2012. APG ticket sales are offered for larger groups to secure 'premium' seats to select Christmas Stars performances well in advance of public ticket sales.  Groups taking advantage of APG tickets should be aware that Christmas Stars reserves the right to sell unreserved APG seats during public ticket sales at lower prices.  Groups that do not take advantage of APG ticket sales, and purchase tickets during the public ticket sales are not guaranteed premium seats and may not be able to be seated together.  If you agree with these terms and conditions, click the I Agree button below to submit your reservation request.  Within a few days of submitting this request you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address provided including instructions for mailing the down payment.
