Before you register as a cast member, we would like to remind you of the expectations we have of our cast.

Attendance: Cast members are expected to attend all regularly scheduled rehearsals, and members of small groups are expected to attend the extra rehearsals scheduled for them.  Be aware, small group practices could possibly be scheduled on Tuesday evenings.  We are trying very hard to maintain the organization we had last year, and will have small group rehearsals scheduled in plenty of time for you to plan accordingly. Any cast member missing more than two rehearsals, including small group and dance rehearsals, will be asked to meet with the Steering Committee to discuss further participation in Christmas Stars.  If you know ahead of time that you will be late for or miss a rehearsal, please go to the cast section of the website and complete the on-line rehearsal absence form.

Costumes and Music: We would like to thank our entire cast for taking such good care of the music and costumes issued to you last year, and ask for continued efforts this upcoming season. If music or costumes become damaged or lost, reimbursement is expected.

Volunteer Form: We need you! Cast members and families – please take a look at the many opportunities to assist with the show that are available on the Volunteer Form! Please indicate your area of interest on the form, return, and we will contact you to help. Please feel free to volunteer for more than one task. 

VIRTUS Training: This training is required by the Diocese of Green Bay. All adult cast members (age 18 and over) will be required to complete an online application and attend a 3-hour training session. Adult choir members in high school (under the age of 18) need only complete a short paper application. Parents of Cherub, Children, and Youth who will be volunteering throughout practices and performances are also required to complete the application and training session. All parents are expected to assist at some point during the season. More information on dates and times of this training will follow shortly.
